Text suggestions:
Obverse: No dot between James and Broker, but a curlicue to the capital 'B', like the 'B' below. 'SB' between hearts, not JB: note, 'S' in Sarah on reverse has the same form. Also, curlicues to capitals on reverse and no '.' as transcribed above. Perhaps "In heavy Irones I am Confined": not an 'm', and the capital 'I', in Irones, is with a curlicue, the same as all other Is.
