Token engraved with a heart within a heart in the centre, surrounded by a design of a rose, thistle, shamrock and leaves. Clockwise around the edge of the token (from bottom left) are two lines of words:
ForGET . ME . NOT . MOTHER .

Back:
Token engraved with the profile of a man wearing striped trousers, boots and a buttoned overcoat. He is facing (at left) a bow with two crossed arrows over it and two more arrows positioned vertically, facing each other. Behind him are images of a heart and two more crossed arrows. Around the edge of the token (from bottom left) are the words:
