Very similar to one in my collection, except mine is only engraved on one side . Style of writing and layout so close to each other, can not help but think done by same engraver !!!

This is very similar to one in my collection dated the same year!

Mine has only one side heavily engraved though, as simon thinks and i also agree, there must of been bands of engravers working the Hulks
