There are no 'Mann' convicts with initial 'I' transported to Australia. This token was made by John Mann tried at the Warwick Assizes 30 March 1844 for stealing osiers, along with his brother James who was acquitted. John was transported to Van Diemens Land 1844 on the Sir Robert Peel leaving behind his new wife, Caroline, who remained in England.
