This RL may refer to Robert Loosely, tried 21 April 1819 at Middlesex Gaol Delivery. Sentenced to 7 years and transported on the Eliza, arriving in 1820. From my dtabase listing over 122,000 of the convicts he is the only RL I could find that was tried on 21 April 1819
